I started my career sweeping floors in a Tijuana print shop at 13. That's not a humble brag, it's just how I think about craft. You don't lead creative work well if you've forgotten what it feels like to make something.

These days, I'm a Creative Director with 20+ years helping B2B brands cut through the noise. I still get my hands dirty doing it. That's rarer than it should be at this level.

I can lead a brand strategy conversation with the CMO and then art-direct the campaign that results from it. I've spent my career building the bridge between creative and business, and I've found that it's built on relationships as much as anything else. Getting marketers, executives, and creatives to actually trust each other is what I do best. Which, I suppose, is how it was always meant to work out, by design.

Most recently at Sophos, I led a global rebrand and built an in-house creative studio from the ground up, working across brand strategy, concepting, and execution alongside internal teams and external agencies.
